U.S. Frees 10-year-old Undocumented Immigrant With Cerebral Palsy

Rosa Maria Hernandez, an immigrant child with cerebral palsy, has been released from a federally funded shelter in San Antonio, where she had been held for 10 days after undergoing surgery. She was detained due to the fact that she was an undocumented immigrant traveling without her parents.
