Tanya Joyce is a retired attorney from San Diego County Counsel, where she served as the liaison with the child welfare service agency’s International Liaison Office, working closely with pro bono practitioners and refugee agencies to secure proper representation of children and families in the immigration arena. She has represented child welfare services and served as a juvenile law and immigration expert for over 30 years.
