Members of the CICW Research Workgroup were joined by representatives from the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, Seneca Family of Agencies, Girasol, and Casey Family Programs to present a roundtable at the annual Society for Social Work and Research conference. The roundtable reviewed the current state-of-play surrounding reception and treatment of unaccompanied minors arriving to the U.S. and highlighted policy and practice recommendations on how to strengthen support and services for unaccompanied minors in the U.S.
